What truly bothered me was the overall messiness of the place. After our burritos were wrapped, they were placed on a counter that was absolutely filthy, covered in food and cheese. As we moved to the drink station, we noticed ice was overflowing from the machine and melting all over the floor. Trash bins were overflowing, and garbage was scattered across the floor. Every table was sticky and smeared with leftover food. It gave off a very unsanitary vibe.
I understand that things can get chaotic at times, but there were only about seven customers in the restaurant, and I have never seen the place in such disarray. I may return for lunch when there tends to be more staff available to clean a...
I have ordered take out from this location 3 times unfortunately the last two have been a huge disappointment. Sunday evening I ordered two bowls, two tortillas, two chips with salsa. Both bowls were missing lettuce, fajita veggies and had an absurd amount of sour cream. The meats were also luke warm even though I was waiting when they brought the bag out 15min after the scheduled pickup. The tortillas were not in the bag and I was also told they were out of chips.It seemed to me the employees were all busy trying to get out, even though I placed the order at 8:30 and they are supposed to be open till 11:00.For me the longer drive to the Festival location is worth it.Edit to add pictures
I really like the food, and life being able to order online. But even though the order confirmation says the food will be waiting on the pick-up shelf, and they HAVE pick-up shelves labeled, my order is NEVER on the shelf. I have to wait and wait for an employee to see me checking my phone incessantly to make sure I ordered it right. Or, I have to try and interrupt the cashier who 's always rapidly going from one customer to the next.Just use the darn shelves! If you have issues with people stealing orders, have a dedicated person READY to help with pick-ups. And teach your staff to be a bit more understanding... don 't just say it 's not my fault and get an attitude.
This chipotle has been on a steady decline. Most of the time they are out of a large number of ingredients, and the portions and quality of food are extremely inconsistent based on who is working. There have also been many times where the counter is filled with spilled food and the space is uncleanly. It used to be hit or miss, but most of the time now it’s a miss.Vegetarian options: Today they were out of beans, sofritos, lettuce, and fajitas…so good luck if you’re plant-based.Dietary restrictions: They are always out of ingredients which would make it hard if you have dietary restrictions.

Starting to decline. I used to make a special effort to visit this location for pickup orders. During my last visit, however, I stood there for a solid five minutes without anyone acknowledging me as they continued to work. It was quite awkward. When they finally got around to taking my order, they were out of a lot of items, including guacamole, forks, and cups. I've seen mixed reviews for the Fallston location, so I've never bothered to try it, and the Bel Air location is always a frustrating experience with undercooked rice. Chipotle used to be my go-to place twice a week.
I made a door dash order. Burrito with Rice, beans, steak, tomatoes, corn, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I got a burrito with rice, beans, barbacoa and spicy salsa. They made it completely wrong or they gave me the wrong order. It’s the worst when you’re hungry and you’re expecting something and get something completely different. I ate some of it, but it was so spicy I couldn’t finish it.
This place has really gone down hill!My husband and I ordered burrito bowls with steak, as we always do. Only a few pieces of extremely small cubed steak in my husband's bowl and I had 6 cubes of pure fat, like the parts cut from the meat to be tossed in the trash. It was disgusting. Normally it would be very filling but not this time. Very disappointing.
Worst chipotle I?ve ever had in my life . First I paid for guacamole which I didn?t receive. The portion was so small it was ALL rice with a sprinkling of lettuce . Isn?t lettuce cheap ?? Also it was bland which is very unusual . I had to add salt to it , which I don?t think I?ve ever done before. Bad all around. Only thing good was it came out fast

This is probably the best Chipotle I've ever visited. The restaurant was clean, the staff was welcoming, and they didn't skimp on the extras. When I asked for double meat, I really got double meat—not just two half scoops! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning.
This is the best Chipotle that I have been to I did order ahead and my food was ready on time and as I requested. The restaurant was extremely busy and the tables could have been cleaned up however we were able to find a place to sit and eat and enjoy our food.
