I'm really disappointed in JITB. Never know if they are going to be open or if you have to order online to pick up in drive thru or if they aren't taking any orders at all. But they always there. Lights on look up and running but mostly anything late night, you will be turned away by drive thru associate.
I got the spicy popcorn chicken and I meant to add egg rolls instead of replacing the fries but it was actually a good mistake. Everything was hot and crispy that I ate all. Happily satisfied. They didnt skimp on the dips either.
I arrived just in time. Jack in the Box's quality is declining. I didn't receive my fourth hash brown or my second chicken patty on the Chick-n-Tater Melt. This is the second time they have made this mistake during the evening.
I used to love this jack but recently they hired new people and they lied to me when I went the pictures outside show 24 hrs and the website here shows 24 hrs but the guy there told me closed Book a table now
Tomorrow is good, but the afternoon is terrible, make sure to check your stuff before you go because they tend to forget things you have ordered. Food: 3/5
I specifically asked for no lettuce, but other than that, the tacos were decent and the delivery service was satisfactory. Thank you.
Service kinda slow, cashier not friendly after getting food I had to ask for a receipt. And not a thank you or have a nice day
