At the time of writting (4/14/24), I would advise avoiding this location for picking up food. I got in line at my food expected pick up time which was 6:40, ended up waiting in lane for 40 minutes before I made it to the window, which I was then asked for my name and time, (When my food was supposed to be ready) which I then heard them say focus on my order. I ended up waiting another 7 minutes for the food to be handed to me.This implies the pick up line is essentially a drive through because they don't make your food until you are at the window (this defeats the purpose of a pick up only lane).Customer service was beyond poor and the food was not worth what they are charging.Maybe give it...

the amount of meat they give u without buying extra is absolutely ridiculous. multi billion dollar company can’t afford to give a brother more than 9 pieces of chicken?? pitiful…To top it all off every piece had a crunchy charred edge. Tasted horrible had to throw the whole bowl away.
Looks like bunch of kids working here using F word when they communicate with each other looks like they don’t see others around there me and other older man and and other lady with her kids as a costumer heard that F word also the service is very poor showing attitude to everyone :

Food always tastes good, but if you order online they hardly put any food in your bowl for the price you pay.I would recommend the Avon Chipotle over the Plainfield. Much better service and you get what you pay for
