I used to go to Chipotle all the time because the food tasted amazing, but in the last few years, I have been disappointed with some locations. I have now switched to Pancheros. However, I recently visited this Chipotle location and was pleasantly surprised. The food was on point and restored my faith in Chipotle's food. I had to leave a review before even finishing my meal. The team and management are doing a great job here. The restaurant is clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, and they remember my order. I give this place 5 stars and will only be coming here from now on!
Horrible, many times I have been there- other locations too of course. Please understand it isn't just because of employees. Corporate can you please check things out????!!!!! I don't even eat out often and when I do, 2 bowls worth $22 isn't even worth it! I mean even taste wise...don't let me even mention how they try to skimp on ingredients.
Made three orders online and the food order was prepared wrong. One was not supposed to have cheese and was missing quac, lettuce, and corn. Another bowl didn’t have any sour cream. I don’t know why these workers can’t follow simple instructions. The place was also piled with trash. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
This restaurant has become a mess. The staff turnover is high and the workers are not adequately trained. The service is slow, and the burritos are poorly wrapped and fall apart while eating. Employees are constantly going behind the counter while customers are waiting.

Food is really hit or miss. Now they charge extra if you want more rice in your bowl or burrito.. like how can you do that. We pay enough for the rations you give us. Maybe have your employees give the same amount every time?
if I could give them zero stars, I would go his Sunday night at 7 we order and they said they were out and not for the rest of the night. ok, his 7 says they are open until 10 o'clock! Why don't they do it anymore?
once I got together in a bowl both white and brown rice, and I argued that I did not ask for extra only regular half and half. they tried to burden themselves.
the ordered feeds over the net are a chicken burrito and a barbacoa salad bowl are always so big that I have rest. the food was fresh and delicious.

this chipotle is, no matter how long the line is, always as fast. that's great, and they usually turn through fresh meat/salsa when I get in.
