I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. One of the staff members, a non-English speaker, handled my order and was very stingy with the portions. I received only a half spoonful of rice, a half spoonful of steak (just 8 small cubes), and barely a fifth of a spoonful of beans. When I tried to address this with her, she didn’t respond, and the English-speaking cashier simply told me that this was the standard amount unless I wanted to double it. I've ordered from other Chipotle locations before, and I've always received more generous portions—about 1 and 1/3 spoonfuls of rice, a full spoonful of steak, and a full spoon of beans.
