I don't understand why the employees at this restaurant are always so rude. I try to be simple and kind because I know what it's like to work in fast food, but it seems like they are just miserable. When there is only a small amount of product left in the pans, they still give it to me even if it's hardened and not enough. They never offer to add a little more from a new pan, even if the portion size is too small. Overall, I am very disappointed in the way this location is run. It seems like management is cutting corners to save on food costs.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Mexican food at Chipotle in Grandville. My son ordered the steak burrito and I had the chicken dish, both of which were delicious. Although there were a few ingredients that were either low or out of stock, the service was great, the food was quickly prepared, and the overall dining experience was exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The bill came out to $20 for the two of us. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the limited ingredient selection.
A perfect spot for a healthy lunch! I ordered the chicken burrito bowl, which was absolutely delicious and filling. The chicken was flavorful, and the pico de gallo had an authentic Mexican taste. The Steak Tacos were a bit on the spicy side, requiring a few sips of water to cool down. Perhaps it was the seasoning that made them extra hot? Despite being during the busy lunch rush, the customer service was great - I only had to wait less than 5 minutes.
Please don't lie to your customers and say you are out of a product when it is very obvious it is available in the area you prepare the online orders. Poor customer service. The manager then stated in store customers are not as important as online customers ... if you want your burrito the way you want it make sure you order online or you may be told you're out of luck as they are out of product (when you can see they are not)

Perfect, heathy, lunch. I got the chicken burrito bowl, with almost all the toppings and it was such a huge portion! Chicken was good on the bowl, and the pico de Gallo had an authentic Mexican taste. On the steak tacos, something was extremely spicy, and needed a few water refills to finish them. Maybe it was the queso that made it spicy? Customer service was good, for rush hour at lunch, had to wait less than 5 minutes.
Was in picking up delivery order and waiting. Sign at register said exact change or card only . Customer comes up to pay with $10 bill and didn 't have exact amount. Employee puts the $10 bill in drawer, and after he hands the receipt to customer and they walk out the door, employee takes change from drawer and puts it in the TIP JAR!!! NOT OKAY to trick customers into tipping by saying you don 't have change !!!!!!!!!
I absolutely adore the fresh options and customizations offered at this restaurant. It's always my top choice when craving Mexican food. I would recommend bringing your own container, packaging, and cutlery to reduce single-use plastic waste.
This restaurant is amazing! They offer sofritas and plant-based chorizo, as well as my favorite, the veggie option (which comes with guacamole.) I highly recommend adding extra fajita veggies to your burrito bowl.
