My first visit to Chipolte. First and honestly, I decided to try it because I got a text msg that I have a voucher for 2 for 1. So I go in and I can't figure out how to get the voucher. I wanted to see the manager, she'll be right over. Joy. So beautiful and sweet. I explained my dilemma and she gives me a voucher. Cool, easy to fix. So I order my two Burrito bowls. Damn, they're fast! And fresh! Next step is to pay the register. Joy rings me and I'm trying to give her my coupon. She tells me she's got another one for me and I should keep on my for my next visit. SERVICE! And the Burrito bowls were DELICIOUS! I don't know what I was waiting for...
I work just three minutes away and often grab meals from here several times a week. I place my orders online and head straight to the register for pickup, allowing me to return to work and enjoy my meal in peace. The food is incredibly popular, which means there are always long lines that I definitely prefer to avoid.
I am definitely not ordering from Chipotle again. This is so disappointing! I used to order from here all the time, and the food was always perfect. Now, they keep sending me the wrong orders, and the bowl sizes have even gotten smaller.
The bowl and salad were tasty. The queso was enjoyable as well, but the large chips felt more like a small snack size. I was disappointed since the portion used to be much larger. I won’t be ordering the chips again.

Everything was fine, but on the downside, they tend to give you more lettuce than rice, meat, or even sour cream if you order it. The Watchung location is definitely better.
Never order extra meat from them. They seem to purposely give you LESS then a normal order if you do. This is the 2nd time in less then a week they've done this to me.
I visited on Halloween night, and it was quite busy, but the wait was definitely worth it. The quality of the food was outstanding.
The food was in smaller than usual and the burrito was tiny also underfilled the salad was half a salad
