I try to steer clear of this particular Chipotle location whenever I can. My child loves the Kids Quesadilla Meal, but the staff consistently refuse to fill all three pockets in the meal tray as requested. They only allow two toppings, and recently they've even limited it to one that must be either beans or meat. It’s frustrating to have to negotiate for a second or third topping, especially given Chipotle's high prices. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service make for a disappointing experience. WORSE CHIPOTLE IN THE AREA! I just ordered today and they got my order completely wrong. to top it off there was a long dark strand of hair in my food! I couldn?t eat it, just wasted my money! They got all my side selections wrong, there was barely any rice, corn, or meat in my bowl and I selected extra. I called and spoke to a member and he assured me that my order would be delivered correctly. I get my order everything is incorrect and they?re refusing to pick up!
I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The food included jalapeños in the corn mix or mild salsa, which was unexpected and problematic for someone in our group who can’t eat spicy food. The service was not great either; some staff members were inattentive and we had to remind them about our order multiple times. Additionally, this location was busier than others I’ve been to, which contributed to the overall negative experience.
Man-O-Man!! This is the best location I have ever been to in the 10 years that I have been eating at Chipotle. They work together, generous servings and they are kind!! There is a Chipotle closer to my home, but I will drive the extra 8 miles to come to this one.

Never order online from this location. Paid for double meat and received less than a single portion, paid for guacamole, received none, asked for sour cream and cheese, received none. Absolutely ridiculous
I really appreciate that this restaurant consistently offers salad dressing. Unlike some other Chipotle locations, I've never been disappointed in that aspect here.
The line moved efficiently, and the food was prepared nicely. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.
Every time I order takeout from this restaurant, my order is either wrong or missing items.
