I just left this Subway, and it was as disappointing as others have reported. It’s unfortunate because the location is very convenient. They only had one type of bread—Italian—and when I asked about chocolate chip cookies, I was told it would take another 40 minutes to prepare them. They only had two cookies available. When I questioned why nothing was ready at noon, a staff member explained that they had only just opened. However, they had been open for an hour at that point, and it seems reasonable to expect some prep work to be done before opening at 10 a.m. to ensure everything is ready by lunchtime. The restaurant frequently lacks enough women’s restrooms, which has led me to use the men’s facilities during my visits. This is not the ideal way to ensure good customer service. Additionally, there are often menu items that are unavailable. On a positive note, the staff is generally friendly, and I must say their sandwiches are both delicious and fresh.
The location is convenient, but I've noticed that the East African manager can be quite rude when answering questions. Additionally, they frequently run out of the dishes I usually like; for example, today the macadamia cookies were not available. I'm trying to avoid this restaurant when I'm looking for a quick meal without feeling rushed.

Worst service. Didn't have the oven ready. Burned both my sandwiches . Then didn't have no more bread that I wanted. Took 25mins to get my sandwich with no one there
I was able to enter the restaurant right away and was promptly seated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return to this place.
