I didn't want to give any stars, but I had to. The management is inept and disorganized. They exclusively look after their people which means that if you are not Hispanic, you will have to wait for service. A hostess did not greet me at the door. The manager, Joe, was unhelpful. He stood at the door checking people out, unconcerned about the ones waiting to be seated. After me, a group of Hispanics entered and took seats. I had to wait 20 minutes for drinks. Our server cut me off before I could complete my question concerning our beverages. My lunch arrived on time only because a robot delivered it to me.
This place is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would. I went there for breakfast. Was seated promptly and that's where the customer service stoped. I sat there for 20 minutes while the waitress literally walked by me twice; once to pick up the dishes for the table behind me and another time to take the order for a White man who just walked in and was seated... When I went to the front counter to complain, the attending woman said it's not my area Really? That's her response? Won't ever go back again. IHOP much better anyway.
This is the baddest double cheeseburger to be had in Laurel period FULL STOP. I think it lacks traction because people may not know or expect that from an all night diner. Dennys needs to market this like they used to push the Grand Slam Breakfast for public attention for real. Were in a time where the market loves fat juicy burgers and they have the best one.
the last thing I went to this Dennys, I was 110 % satisfied! I had her Bourbon chicken chick and it was just amazing. the service was also fantastic all the servers were very nice and when I asked about articles from them, they gave me them faster than I thought they were and still other tables and helped other people also. will eat 100% again!

This place is going down hill fast.The restaurant needs a deep clean on everything windows, blinds, tables, etc.. The food was not a good value for the price. The waitress fills my coffee cup and literally has the rim of the pot resting on my cup while filling it. The dishes and utensils don't appear to be clean. GROSS.
I had my Birthday Breakfast at Denny's in Laurel yesterday. Whenever I eat here I ask for Leilani's section. This waitress makes you feel extra special. She is very professional, respectful, and attentive to your needs. Due to her fantastic personality I enjoyed my morning .
The food was good. We had our usual breakfast. But the service was terrible. Some of them are understated. It was cool to see a robot that helps, but they will need more than one to serve a complete house on time.
T-Bone Steak Eggs steak was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The Biscuit and Gravy needs to be packed in microwaveable containers and packaged separately. It is very flavorful!

Our waitress (from the Philippines, I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was super nice and friendly. We enjoyed the food, we found keto option, salad and good price.
I love this robot! So cute! LOLService was great, everyone is so friendly.The food is OK. We just had breakfast because we missed the hotel breakfast time lol
