Horrible experience! I placed an online order about two hours before my scheduled pickup time, and when I got home, I discovered my order was completely wrong. The salad I ordered had no dressing, the guacamole was missing, and there were no chips in the bag either. When I mentioned the missing chips to the girl at the register, she rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, my bowl was filled with liquid, and I sadly found a hair in the bottom of it. I had already eaten most of it by the time I noticed. It's disappointing because they have so much potential with all the offices nearby, yet they really dropped the ball on this one.
Do not give this place your business. Firstly, it is filthy inside trash literally overflowing, drink station dirty and sticky, smelled mildewed. I looked in the kitchen while waiting on my order and there is trash all over the floor. I placed anonline order and asked for light sour cream and my bowl is swimming in it. I?m not even finishing it because it?s drenched. WishI had read reviews before ordering. To top it off employees are incredibly rude and offered no customer service. I will not beback.
Beware of doing an online order here. You may not get everything you?ve ordered. Or your order may not be cooked properly. The rice was hard as if it wasn?t cooked thoroughly or it was old white rice. I had to pick off the old/uncooked rice and put it tothe side. Your best chances are to actually wait in line and order. Your chances of getting what you want are higher, plusmaybe fresher rice since that?s constantly refilled.
WORST chipotle ever. My tacos came with so much sour cream, you can?t even see the taco. They put my daughters chicken on the side of her quesadilla instead of in it. She got milk instead of juice. And neither my tacos nor my sisters bowl has cheese onit. Every time I order from this chipotle SOMETHING, if not everything is wrong.

I can smell the sweet rice, the tasteless steak, the yellow salad, and the queen who has turned into yogurt by now. Del Taco is far better, and that's saying something since I don't even like it. I recommend the mussel catheter because it doesn't actually exist. Honestly, the Mexican food here is quite disappointing.
The order accuracy and portion sizes are really disappointing. I find something incorrect with my order 8 out of 10 times. One of the burritos in my photos is only half the size it should be, and the other was served to me looking strange. They need to replace the management and bring in the manager from Howell Mill!
I gag smelling the soggy rice, the steak with no flavor, the yellow lettuce, and the queso which has become yogurt by now... Del Taco is way better and even them I dislike. I recommend the clam chowder because it doesn 't exist. Mexican sodas r nice tbh.

Inconsistent hours at this location sometimes closed during the middle of the day. Parking lot is full of trash. This location definitely could use some TLC especially being located close to the mall.
