Although I do prefer the Chipotle on 6th Street in Lawrence the best just because of its parking lot, this Chipotle is convenient because it's on 23rd. It's not as hard to access as the Massachusettes downtown branch yet it is kind of annoying to battle the traffic to pull in and to pull out there as well as the parking lot is kind of tiny. And there's not much seating area inside, can feel crammed but it's conveniently located on 23rd so it's all right.
They are really extremely rude and didn't even give one full spoon of beans. Not even a full spoon. Received an upcharge and they insisted it was required, although I have been every other time and didn't receive the charge. They must have had a loss in inventory, along with that, a loss in human compassion as well, so it's my last time. No skin off their back as they have more than enough customers to compensate, but still.
I don't care. eating was in order, but the five/six people working on the line, maybe got a smile of two of the server. we have a great evening. I don't think it's so good to welcome customers or try to say them. I feel so determined after the amount I've spent. Thank you. child-friendly: was not child-friendly. it was barely adult friendly.
in the rule we have to wait in line 20 minutes only to order our food, not at the 23rd street chipotle! super fast service was in and out in under 10 minutes and eating was delicious as always.
