Went there 5PM on a Saturday. Sign said open until 10PM. Door was locked and employees were cleaning. Knocked on the door for a minute and the employees continued their cleaning. No notice of any kind on either door. I went to Qdoba. On my way back, theemployees are outside on their laptops. Perhaps some training, perhaps something else. Quite possibly the worst communicationand customer service of any Chipotle I've been to. I used to come here all the time and it was great. Not sure what happened.
Chipotle is always out of ingredients. My husband walked out because they didn't have chicken. He went 2 hours before close. They shouldn't run out of ingredients when there's 2 hours left to the day. They are also very inconsistent on whether it'sonline orders only or walked in only. We have walked away several times due to it being online orders only. This has happened atboth Town Center and Cliff Lake locations. They will lose good customers if this continues.
We had a large group order that did not work to submit online, but the local staff were so brilliant to fulfill it! They worked from a laptop and went through all 15 articles very efficiently. We knew it was a pain to do, but they were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you to all who helped, the food was wonderful!
Unbelievable Burritos! The Guacemole is a must supplement... beautiful amount of coriander in there.
