I recently had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an online order through the Chipotle app and, after picking it up, I noticed that both bowls were incorrect once I got home. I returned to the restaurant to explain the issue, but the employee handling online orders was quite rude when I asked her to redo my order. She then started making my bowls again in a rather aggressive manner. Once I got home again, I found that both bowls were still wrong. Frustrated, I called Chipotle and they told me I could come back for a third time to get the correct order. At this point, I was so fed up that I requested a full refund. However, they informed me that they couldn’t assist me...
I visited today for a meal, and as a vegetarian, I typically order sofritas. Unfortunately, I found chunks of steak in both my bowl and my queso. This is not only disappointing but has also happened before at this location. Additionally, the staff at the counter wouldn’t let me scan my rewards, and now I can't even share my concerns with Chipotle. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The service was awful, and they showed no respect for my dietary preferences.
We visited this Chipotle because they consistently deliver high-quality food! The fresh ingredients are phenomenal, and the dining area is impeccably clean. This is always my go-to location for delivery or pickup. In fact, we left the one at the Arches in Deer Park because the sofritas were soaking in some kind of liquid—what was that all about? Also, the pico and guacamole at the Arches location looked like they were well past their freshness dates just by glancing at them.
I visited this restaurant today, February 1st, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The rice was hard, and the pinto beans were similarly tough. The steak was nearly impossible to chew. My daughter ordered a steak burrito, and she felt the same way, so I know it wasn’t just me. We also noticed two large clumps of rice stuck together, which made it clear that the food was not fresh today. Overall, it was quite a letdown.

We chose to visit this Chipotle because they consistently serve top-notch food! Everything is always fresh, and the restaurant is spotless. It's my favorite spot for takeout or delivery. We stopped going to the Arches in Deer Park because the sofritas were soaked in liquid, and the pico de gallo and guacamole looked like they had been sitting out for far too long.
I had the worst experience at this Chipotle. I stopped by for a quick meal, but the bowl I got had crunchy, undercooked white rice, and the guacamole was completely brown and unappealing. On top of that, the portion sizes were really small. I'm thankful that my local Chipotle is nothing like this one. Food rating: 1/5.
I just ordered a chicken bowl and was disappointed to find that there was no chicken in it at all. The whole point of a chicken bowl is the chicken, and they completely missed the mark. I really don't understand how they could forget such a key ingredient. Overall, this place is really lacking.
Chipotle offers delicious food, but the customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. The free guacamole coupons only work if you order the guacamole on the side, which is quite frustrating. To make matters worse, they tried to make me feel guilty about wasting food.

This restaurant is rapidly declining. They struggle to get orders right, even with straightforward instructions. What’s most frustrating is that the restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. I won’t be coming back, as my chicken was tough and chewy.
