We were repeatedly disappointed by this chipotle. This place is consistently badly stored and always out of something (gucamole- if other locations have it available, forks, etc.). This is the closest location for us, so we really tried and tried with this place. The last straw came on Saturday when my son ordered a bowl. It took almost 20 minutes to get a bowl! The crew was very unorganized and he waited while the staff prepared a large online order after waiting in the line. It just got worse when someone picked up their online order and it was wrong. Again he was waited while the cashier went to fix the online order. Then he waits for AGAIN while the cashier worked to pack an online order...
The hotel is located in the centre of Waugh Chapel directly on Route 3. Very easy to find with a lot of parking. I hadn't been to this place in a couple of years and I was excited to get a ?bowl.? The order was simple. Unfortunately no guacamole. Two bowls were a total of $20, very reasonable. Very nice portion size, brought home for remains. The food was fresh and delicious, as I hoped. Server and cash register were both friendly. Now the negative. The dining area was in complete Desarray. Several tables were not wiped (food was literally on the table top). The chairs were painted. The order was not only over 20 minutes too late from the time it was said to be ready, but then it was missing items and received a part of someone else's food. This is a regular problem with this place and you are better to spend your money basically anywhere else. The photo shows how some of the foods were packed. We will not return.
40 minute wait to go through the line and food was everywhere. Chicken was being dropped into steak, steak was just sitting by the window, black beans were being dropped into everything, and food was all over the checkout counter.
