We had a great experience here! As regular Chipotle fans, we found the food to be exceptionally fresh, and the counters were spotless. The pico de gallo was a vibrant deep red – a true testament to the quality of the food. The service was incredibly patient with my 9-year-old, who now insists on ordering her own meal. This has become our favorite spot, and we only wish we lived closer!
This Chipotle Mexican Grill location is pretty standard. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast. The food was satisfactory, though my guacamole was served quite cold. I’ve also noticed that the portion sizes on the menu seem to be shrinking with each visit. Due to these concerns, I’m rating it 3 stars instead of 4.
Online orders frequently take more time and seem to have smaller portions. While I value the convenience of ordering online and picking up in-store, sometimes I prefer ordering directly at the restaurant. The line moves fast, and there are plenty of staff members available to assist with in-store orders.
Chipotle is famous for its friendly staff and tasty food. However, I have one concern: there’s a chance your order could be picked up by someone else when you go to collect it. I believe they should consider eliminating the self-pickup shelves to prevent this problem. Book a table now
I ordered a veggie bowl and when I got home it tasted kinda funny. I saw something that looked weird in the bowl and found a lady bug cut in half. I understand things happen but this is not the first time the food has been bad quality from thislocation.
Employees don’t really acknowledge people when they walk in. Went in for pick up, no line. They just ignore and converse with their co workers .. instead of assisting customers. food is decent just like any other
This restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!
The location on Park Place is superior. The burritos I get here are always poorly wrapped. Book a table now
