The restaurant should consider changing their closing time to 9 PM if they are going to run out of food and deny customers before their stated closing time of 10 PM. I noticed them putting away the corn, and when I asked if I could have some after being told there was no chicken, the girl who had just put it away said there was none left. Additionally, they had the garbage can blocking the entrance at 9:18 PM. On a positive note, the girl who was handling my order was compassionate and apologetic, while her coworkers seemed to be rushing out. They really need to have a manager on duty to handle these situations better.
This evening, I visited this Chipotle location, which I have never had a problem with before. However, tonight, the atmosphere was quite uncomfortable for me and several other customers. A male employee, whose name I didn’t catch but who had a green marker, was loudly shouting at a female employee while we were waiting in line. Although the woman preparing the food was very kind and professional, the yelling from the male worker made me feel very uneasy and anxious.
I notice it is always a hit or miss with Chipotle. We ordered on their app a Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, tomatoes red chilli salsa, sour cream and cheese. Picked up, drove home, and this is the bowl we got when we opened the top. I just dropped my fork! $15!!! No. I did not eat it yet, I scraped around looking for the items in my order description. This plate of prepared food is just disappointing.
I was mistreated by a employee who make fun of my accent and served me improperly while I was ordering food. And he did not serve me the food, and tried to force me to speak Spanish word of the food name, which I do not know how to speak. I felt upset, and I was the only one being served like that. The employee did not do this to the customer before or after me.

Place a rather large order for our office and the food arrived refrigerator temperature. The quesadilla had no cheese in it. The burrito bowls were all wrong, and had 4-6 pieces of meat in them. The veggie bowl had no veggies. I tried to call the store to complain, but can't get a human on the phone. Terrible service! zero stars if I could
This restaurant has a serious problem with its food service. I waited over an hour for a delivery through the Chipotle App, only to have my order canceled. I didn't receive any updates until I spent several minutes on hold with customer service just to confirm that I'd be getting a refund.
Their soda machine gives you sparkling water. Whatever you click lol. It’s almost as a joke and the cashier dude seems like he doesn’t like colored people. They barely pack food in your bowl unless you ask for extra.
I'm very disappointed. The stuff didn't seal the bowl properly, which caused a niffy smell in my bag. Also, the stuff is unprofessional because he joked with other stuff while he was processing my order.

Eaten here a couple of times and gotten catering for my office a few times. Definitely one of the best Chipotles I've been to. Rare to see a store so well managed.
