If you close at 10, why stop making food by 8:30? I can understand not wanting to waste protein like steak or chicken, but by 8:45 you don't have brown rice or fajita veggies? The cost of spoilage on basic rice and veggies seems trivial compared to losing customers. Your staff standing around while customers leave makes no business sense. It's like the quote often attributed to Einstein, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result." I came in on December 18th at 6:20 and there were no fajita vegetables. How do you make a burrito without tortillas? Seriously, you ran out of tortillas? This place must have new management because it is really poorly run....
I love chipotles food but their online service leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that I can get in and get out quickly due to health concerns. When placing my order I am allowed to pick the time I want my order to be ready and it is never ready when they say it will be. I’ve had to wait as long as 40 minutes for my food while they served people who came in long after I came in for my pick up. I ended up being at the restaurant longer than if I had just gone through the line myself. When I questioned the girl about why people were being served that came in after my order was due she said that’s just how we do things. I understand that they can get busy and behind But this happens...
This is the worst Chipotle I've encountered in Florida. Every visit leaves me frustrated because they always seem to be out of something. Today, for instance, they were out of white rice at noon—how does that happen? The staff's attitude is consistently poor, and the food containers in the restaurant are dirty and cross-contaminated. To make matters worse, the employees are incredibly rude. Unfortunately, since this is the only Chipotle nearby, I’ve felt stuck, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Significant improvements are needed here.
Upon entering, we placed our order and discovered that many of their meat options were unavailable, so we opted for the steak. Unfortunately, our food was only halfway prepared when the employee left, leaving us waiting for an additional 5 minutes. When we finally received our order, we planned to dine inside but found the interior to be completely filthy. Every table was covered in food and trash. Considering the poor cleanliness and service, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.

Food was excellent. The help was another story. The young man putting the toppings on was so worried about what the guy that starts the bowls was doing had the line backed way up. He was going from employee to employee talking about the other guy instead of working. He was very rude to the guy and it was very uncomfortable to witness. From what I could see the starter was on top of things and the other just had a problem with him. Guy has no business working in front of the public.
I'm currently at home in bed with COVID, so I decided to order two meals for delivery. I specifically asked for double meat but received none in my meal. I tried calling the restaurant, but they directed me to send an email instead. After that, I had to "chat with Pepper." I didn’t get a refund but was offered a generic entrée as compensation, which didn’t even cover the $19.30 I spent on my meal, not to mention the delivery fee and tip. I will not be ordering from there again.
This site needs serious help from companies. Everything about the store is not good. I came back after a few months and it's still in bad shape. I feel bad for the employees, they are overworked, under trained and obviously under servants. Take the person moves like a slot while the tickets print and are on the floor. It's dirty, nothing's in stock, and people are still coming? Hopefully it's better this time?
Went into the restaurant and ordered Burrito Bowls to go. We could hardly eat them because the rice was way undercooked and hard! Very disappointing Chipotle! Plus chips were extremely stale, don’t waste your money at this location.

I ordered a steak lifestyle bowl on the app and when I got home I figured out that they didn’t even put my steak in it, I usually don’t have a problem here so if someone would like to resolve the problem it would be great.
Love this Chipotle in Mt Dora. Great food and service with a smile. Makes me happy! Just wish they had more parking for this busy location. ?
