I stopped eating at Chipotle a little over a year ago after countless consistency issues with orders. Last night, after coming home from a out-of-state trip, I decided against my better judgement to order to-go from the app at the Owings Mills location. Iordered 2 bowls (1 burrito 1 salad) with no out of the ordinary requests. When I arrived at the restaurant at around 7pm therestaurant was completely empty as far as customers went. Every time we want to get Chipotle, we try to give this one yet another chance and it always misses the mark. Not. Worth. It. They are always out of ingredients, and the ingredients they do have are very stale. Then, I can?t think of a single staff member that has been moderately polite or attentive. They?re extremely rude and act as though you?re inconveniencing them by ordering food. When we went recently, the crew member forgot to add salsa to my bowl (not a big deal), but when i went back to the counter and asked if they could give me a side of salsa, they were going to charge me $1.25! This will be my first and last visit to this location. The server was not pleasant at all and was very impatient with me. Since I’m new to Mexican food, I had some questions while trying to place my order. My grandsons, who live in Ellicott City, often order from Chipotle, so they thought it would be easy for me to order from this location since I live in Owings Mills. She says ?we don?t have any coins, is that okay?? I said ?That?s not my problem, you can?t short change me? she then says ?card only?. That?s something you say when people walk through the door. The skinny guy that started to prepare my food was kind, but the female was rude and unprofessional. Chipotle really used to be on point. I haven?t come to a chipotle in a long while because of how the service declined. Y?all are still declining.

Every time I come to this location they are always out ofsomething today it was the fajita veggies. Food everywhere, tables dirty. I really wish they can get this location up to parbecause it?s the most convenient for me but I?m done giving them a try I will just drive to a different one.
The only positive aspect of this Chipotle is reading the reviews and laughing until I cry. It's no exaggeration when I say that the last time I ordered a burrito through Grubhub, it was just packed with white rice. How does that even occur? Did the person assembling that burrito decide they were quitting in 15 minutes? It was a rough day, but surprisingly, it turned out to be the best experience I've had there, considering all the other times I stubbornly tried to give it another chance. The only good thing about this Chipotle is reading the reviews and laughing until I cry. I'm not lying when I say this, but last time I got a burrito grubhubbed from here it was filled with only white rice, how does that even happen? I had a great experience thanks to the two gentlemen behind the counter. Their names are Malik and Kam. They were working hard to make sure that the customers were happy with their service. They were a two man crew who cooked the food, served the food,cashier duties and still they provided me with great service and a smile. They truly went above and beyond. Kudos for the greatservice, gentlemen.
