I ordered online. Paid $2.00 for cauliflower rice I couldn't find in my bowl, paid extra for double meat I do not think I recieved even a regular servicing. All of the bowls I ordered were about half full. Two of the five were wrong either missing something or had an item added that wasnt asked for. Chipotle has gone way down hill. It's like you have to stand in line a argue with an employee for a decent serving of food rather you pay extra for it or not. Stop paying for bad services and products.
I was very disappointed during my visit at this location. I requested to have a table cleaned so I could have lunch with my family, I had to remind them multiple times while there was an employee in the dining area exchanging social media info with another customer while the drink station was a mess and most of the tables were dirty. This is a busy location in a touristy area?DO BETTER!
This is a nice Chipotle location to visit while enjoying a walk on the national harbor, the food is great and full of flavor as usual and the servers are kind , if you kindly ask slightly more rice they will give you some. They are very generous as they know its a busy location. There are plenty of space to sit too.

I was charged twice on my phone for the meal and the restaurant refused to correct it. They also forgot to include my drink in the order. The service was incredibly rude. I ended up paying $28 for just one bowl of food. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
You can choose between burrito, bowl, taco and salad. For each of them there are two vegan option, one with only vegetables and guacamole with vegetable protein. I took the latter as a bowl with brown rice, beans and vegetables. I was pretty happy.
Nice people working there but the service quality can decline when there are too many people in line like on a Saturday night. They mixed up our order but we didn't notice until we got to our room.

Yeah, this place was okay. The sofritas was flavorful and all but the rest of everything tasted very bland. Unimpressed.
