I recently visited the Chipotle in Clarks Summit for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was just as disappointing as the first visit. During my initial trip, many menu items were unavailable, and the staff wasn't preparing any more food for the night, which I thought might be normal for a new location. However, when I returned a month later, I encountered the same problem with waiting for items to be made. The management appeared unprofessional, often interrupting employees while they were taking orders. I cannot recommend this location.
Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered takeout and, as usual, it was lacking. There was barely any lettuce, and although I requested double meat, I only received the standard portion. The other bowl was supposed to include peppers and onions, which I specifically requested, but it was missing those as well. They really are cutting corners. Chipotle has seriously declined in quality.
The food containers were empty and unclean, and the guacamole looked stale. The food was served cold and was too expensive. The staff were inattentive and seemed more focused on chatting with each other. I regret not choosing Latolteca instead, where the prices are more reasonable, the service is superior, and the food is fresh.
I was very disappointed after my first visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill. They were out of guacamole and fajita vegetables, and the corn tasted frozen. The white rice was undercooked, which ruined the meal. I had to throw away the entire bowl because every bite included partially cooked rice that I couldn’t eat.
