I ordered the veggie burrito bowl, and the portion size was generous with everything tasting fantastic. However, there was one drawback: the Chipotle app notified me when my order was ready for pickup, but there was a long line at the pickup counter. Most of the people in line were delivery staff for DoorDash and other services, which created quite a chaotic situation. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for my order, even though I knew it was ready. At one point, it felt like it might have been quicker to order directly at the cashier instead of waiting for my pickup.

Two of my friends ordered from this restaurant, and both received incorrect orders. I've never encountered a place that consistently gets orders wrong like this! Many others have shared similar complaints in their reviews. At this rate, you might end up causing someone a serious issue by serving them the wrong food. I'm highly disappointed, especially considering the premium prices you charge for simple meal bowls.
This location consistently gives very few pieces of lettuce on salad bowl delivery orders we order salad bowls for the salad. This keeps happening despite complaints to store staff and managers. Do not recommend this store. UPDATE today 2.2.24 ordered takeout carne asada salad bowl found long strand of hair in the salad!! SO GROSS!! Tried to give this place another chance obviously not going back now.
I was taken aback when I tried to pay my $60 bill with a $100 bill and was informed that Chipotle has a policy against accepting $100 bills. This was disappointing and somewhat embarrassing for me, particularly since I have used $100 bills there in the past. I found the experience to be unprofessional and quite frustrating.

Had a disappointing experience at Chipotle recently. The sour cream tasted off, and the portion size was smaller than expected. When I asked for corn, half of it ended up outside the bowl. Overall, the taste didn't match the usual budget-friendly and healthy reputation of Chipotle. Hoping for improvements in the future.
Worst chipotle I 've ever ordered from. They RUSH you through the line. You have to stand your ground and make sure you get all your ingredients or they 'll forget about you. They will also accidentally charge you for higher products like a steak bowl if you get chicken. WATCH OUT
This is definitely one of my favorites! I will continue to come back to this restaurant for more amazing food. The location is convenient, and the prices are quite reasonable considering the high quality of the food. Chipotle earns five stars from me!
Came in for a burrito and a bowl. They try to get through your order so fast you don’t even have time to think. Also the portion is unspeakably small. That’s what I get for not going to my usual chipotle. Find a different one.
