This restaurant is better than average. It's great that you can ask for extra ingredients in your burrito for those who want to skip fillers like lettuce or vegetables. However, the queso is a bit on the expensive side, and occasionally it’s too thick and just placed in the center without being spread out. They used to offer a couple of small tortillas in a bowl for free upon request, but now they charge for that, which is a letdown.
Staff were friendly, experience was okay. While my wife's burrito stayed together until about 3/4 mine was falling apart less than halfway through and honestly it was bland in texture and flavor. It just sort of melded together, I couldn't really tell any component apart from the next.
I ordered the carnitas bowl with mild salsa, but after just one bite, I found it so spicy that I had to drink nearly all of my beverage. This is the first issue I've ever encountered at this restaurant. I've been a loyal customer for over 70 visits in the past five years.
This restaurant lacks freshness, as the food tastes like it has been sitting out for a day or more. Additionally, the portions are too small for the high prices. I won’t be returning here. Book a table now
