In the past five visits after 8 PM, I’ve walked into a chaotic environment where the staff seems more focused on closing than serving customers. They often run out of various food options and appear to be trying to rush patrons out so they can finish their closing duties. It’s truly disheartening because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but it feels like something has changed in how the company operates. This is affecting daily operations at this location, and I'm shifting from seeing Chipotle as a reliable part of my diet—something I would proudly recommend—to a place I would now advise people to avoid.
