This restaurant is consistently dirty and often fails to have orders ready by the scheduled pickup time. Every time I place an online order, there's always something wrong with my food. For instance, tonight I specifically ordered a salad, but it was nearly empty. It had beans at the bottom, a thin layer of lettuce, more beans on top, just five pieces of chicken, and multiple scoops of sour cream. The portions were half of what they should have been for everything except the beans and sour cream. I wanted a proper salad, not a bean and cream soup. I'm not a big fan of Chipotle, but we decided to go anyway. Unfortunately, we regretted that choice later. One issue is that the bathroom is located right where people line up to order, which is quite bothersome. On this visit, the rice was undercooked. The staff in the kitchen were fine, no complaints there. However, the dining area and tables really needed a good cleaning.
Very disappointed to order a cheese quesadilla and receive a condiment cup of rice instead of the standard cardboard container with 3 sections of rice. For $12.30, that’s absurd! When we asked the staff, they gave us another condiment container of rice instead of the cardboard container trainer we asked for. This place is terrible!
I would prefer to drive to the one in Easton or by Kohl's. This location is dirty. I ordered takeout, and the portions were incredibly small—I only got lucky and received four pieces of steak. Seriously? How is that considered a full serving?

They were very fast and friendly despite being very busy!
