I ordered food delivery with a coworker today and spent $31 on a salad, chips and queso, and a side of guacamole. Once again, they forgot my chips, which has happened countless times before. To make matters worse, this is the amount of salad dressing I received for such a large salad. How is that fair? I would order from them much more often if they could just get my order right for once. I've wasted so much money over the years at this location for food that never arrived. Having managed a restaurant myself for years, I don’t complain easily, but this is literally the 15th time they've sent my order without chips, which is my favorite part.
THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST CHIPOTLE STORE IN THE BAY AREA. Every time I go, the staff and service are beyond amazing! They are very friendly and always get my order right. I've been going to this chipotle consistently for almost 2 years straight. Shoutout to the one lady who always remembered my order from DAY 1!
I ordered three burritos to go, and they were completely bland with no flavor. The meat was dry, and despite requesting salsa, none was provided. The overall taste was disappointing. I think I'll stick to the taco truck next time; they’re much better.
