This Chipotle location is in terrible condition. The exterior desperately needs a power wash, and the inside is just as bad—there’s clearly no pride in maintaining the space. The place is dirty, with food dropped everywhere and no one cleaning up. The staff are rude and seem completely untrained in customer service. Also, if a child orders guacamole as their third choice in the kids' meal, there is an extra charge that customers aren’t informed about. They should either be offered three choices plus guacamole as an extra option or be clearly told about the additional fee. This feels like a ripoff. If I could, I would give this Chipotle zero stars. I had an awful experience. My family and I waited in line for at least 10 minutes. Chipotle is usually a bit stingy with portions, but this location was really bad. We placed two orders—one in person and one online. The online order was supposed to help us avoid waiting in line, but instead, we had to check in before they even started making the food. That added another 15 minutes, and they still got our order wrong! Then we waited another 10 minutes for them to fix it. Honestly, the customer service was very disappointing, and I was close to asking for a refund on my online order. All this waiting made me late for work.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. Everything came with extra charges, and the server was rude and seemed really unhappy. The level of service I encountered was unacceptable. If you're not going to allow an adult to buy a kid's meal, that should be clearly stated. Charging me $11.60 for a kid's meal that should only be $5.80 is not right. I didn't order any extras, yet I was charged for drinks and chips that are supposed to be included in the menu. Not only was I overcharged, but the server's eye-rolling made it clear they weren't fit for customer service.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Geovana at Chipotle Mexican Grill for her exceptional service. Despite it being near closing time and the restaurant being busy, she worked tirelessly to help every customer and showed sincere care throughout. As the last guests there, we truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to accommodate us. A huge thank you to Geovana for being such a wonderful team member! The food was fantastic, and the menu offered a great variety of delicious options.

Are you trying to save money? I just paid $18 for the tiniest steak burrito bowl at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I won't be returning to this location. Train your staff that a half scoop of meat is unacceptable when I'm paying $10 for steak on the menu.
