The food quality has declined over time but I still gave the restaurant another shot since I was craving some tuna hibachi. My go to entree at this venue. It was ordered seared rare, but arrived well done and in some kind of coating. I was pretty sure it wasn’t even tuna by its flavor. It did not taste fresh. When I asked the server if I can instead have beef because the fish was over cooked, strange looking and tasted old, he flagged down the manager who informed me that there was nothing wrong with it and that’s how fish is supposed to taste. Despite me telling her that I have ordered that same dish there several times. She claimed she tested it and it was just fine. She refused to take it...
Delicious food and great service, but the portions are tiny and they charge for refills on soda due to inflation of soda prices, per the signs on the door and on the walls in the restaurant. A high quality restaurant would not charge for soda refills (this includes seltzer which is carbonated water and contains no syrup). The cost of syrup is a few cents and does not warrant charging for each refill. My family and I left Cho Cho San hungry. We spent $110 on 3 drinks and 3 meals and no appetizers. Cho Cho San doesn 't value its customers but they do value the customer 's wallet.
Without a doubt, this is the best sushi place in the area, no question about it! I visited with a friend who is a regular here, and now I see why - the sushi is absolutely delicious! The prices are reasonable as well. The O.M.G (Deep Fried Roll) and U.F.O Roll are outstanding! The service is also excellent, with friendly staff. I have been here twice already and have no complaints - it's a fantastic place with a great atmosphere!! This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot in the area.
This place is a jewel of a place that everyone has talked about. I've been to a couple of hibachi places, but this one is by far the best place. The staff are very attentive. The chief was incredible and the food was phenomenal. They give you so much food that you have food to take home. If anyone asked about this I would say, please go and experience what I had experienced. I promise you that you won't be disappointed. I'll be coming back again very soon!

I love Cho Cho San. Waitress is always friendly enough; she’s just doing her job. I come here for their soup dumplings: the steamed Shanghai bun. I could eat a ton of these. They’re amazing when they’re hot right out of the basket. The flavor of the soup pairs really well with the filling and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of them.
Tuna lovers platter and gorilla roll were incredible. Service left a bit to be desired. It took our server almost 20 min to greet us at our table and take initial food and drink orders. I know service industry is wildly short staffed these days but at least come by and make your presence known.
Going back home hungry after a “dinner” at this place. They increase the price and we got less food than the usually and everyone that was on the table close to us. So disappointed, I use to love this place, not going back!
I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and even made balloon animals for our children while we finished our meal. The food is fantastic, I would eat here every week if I could!
