What on Earth has happened to this place?! To say that it has definitely gone far down hill is a more generous way to put it. My experience was one I will never forget for entirely all the wrong reasons.I ordered mine and my husband 's food and it took over 50 minutes to arrive. After such a long wait, the food better have been worth it. But it definitely was not. No idea what’s happened to this place used to be so good!Tonight I clearly asked for smoked crispy chicken, the lad even read it back, and when it turned up it was not what I asked for. When I rang he said oh I thought u wanted the chilli chicken. By time the correct chicken turned up the rest of the food was cold and they really didn’t care Won’t be rushing back since the change of hands this place has become the worst Chinese in Newbury
Ordered from this place so many times as it’s the only place that delivers to us. Always delivered in a timely manner, food of always of a good quality. Will continue to order as can’t fault it.
