Bad experience with Hostess, but server made for them We often come here as a family for the early booking special. It's a lot and the food is always delicious. Tonight was no exception. We know that the outdoor tables do not take reservations, but will first serve. We were a group of 7 and my husband went to 4:45 to talk to the hostess in March 19. He asked for a table for 7, the hostess said, no, we can't do that. How about a table for 4 and table for 3 all outside. No, we can't do that. Can I reserve a table for 4? No, we can't do that either. My husband's coming out to tell me. I go in and ask for a table for 4 and I can reserve for 4 people for 5:15. My son is going to ask if we can hav...

Excellent experience in Chops Naples. Food and server (Angela) were great. From 4 different steak houses in the last 2 weeks (Smith and Wollesky, Capital Grille and Abe Louis), the steak at Chops tasted the best, had real dry old taste and was perfectly cooked. Not cheap, but definitely worth it. Note: Manager/Hostess could be a little more attentive.

Excellent steak house right on 5. You really have one of the best shells I've ever tried. I just wish they had more shells. They have aged a great option from steaks from wagyu to dry. My was cooked perfectly; carburized on the outside and perfect medium rarely inside. The prices are definitely fair for what you get. Next time I'm in Naples.

Delicious food and quality service. We loved the strip tasting menu. The basic NY strip is fantastic, then you get blown away with the American and Australian Wagyu. And really enjoy the cocktails too.
