When my daughter requested the Salad Blend, the employee paused for an awkward 20 seconds before asking her to repeat her choice. She had to repeat it three times before he finally grabbed a large tray of salad and placed it with the others. The same lack of engagement continued when she asked for parmesan cheese, requiring her to repeat herself six times!
When it was my turn, I faced a similar experience. After my salad was prepared, I waited several minutes while the staff chatted in the corner, seemingly unaware of my presence. The same employee added my dressing, and when I requested a little more, he dumped an excessive amount on my salad and appeared annoyed by my request.

Takeout containers are smaller so expect that if you order from here. If you order via the app, you will write that the order is ready, but it is very rare on-time. They now give you half a piece of bread when you order, they do not follow the direction (such as hacking the avocado that they put in your salad, they leave a huge pile of it). I'm really thrilled with Chopt! I can't wait for them to open more locations even closer to where I live and work. They offer great vegetarian options that are vegan, gluten-free, nutritious, eco-friendly, and delicious! For my takeout dinner, it was an excellent experience overall. The price per person is around $10 to $20. I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend their salads!
The salads are goodwhen they get your order right. As many of the other posters have said, I get the correct order about 50% of the time. Sometimes it’s a little something they forget, but sometimes they will use a completely different protein than I asked for. It’s getting to be a bit too much screwing up even if the salads are good. May want to look elsewhere than this location if you want to get what your order.

The name of the shop is ?chopt? Salate right? Then please tell me why the lady who did mine barely chopped it, and was on the ingredients. Not only the lady who made my salad was INCREDIBLY rude. She literally threw the salad on me, with the top not even completely closed. A terrible service. Near the worst I've ever experienced. This place should be ashamed as they train their workers.
The staff didn’t seem very attentive, or maybe I just felt invisible. I’ve decided to eat somewhere else today. It’s baffling how an employee can stand right in front of me, make eye contact, and then just walk away. That's okay; I left and chose a different place for lunch.
I went back yesterday and am happy to report that they have changed the lids, so now the salads are secure! Thank you for making this change—I can go back to enjoying my favorite Mexican Caesar salad one or two times a month without worry!
