This was a weird experience. I ordered the Sante Fe which already doesn't come w/ meat. First the salad maker questioned my choice of dressing saying it was spicy yes I know this? Then when I got the salad at the register, I noticed something extra in it turned out to be chicken. I told the cashier and he went and told the salad maker, who seemed to argue w/ him about it. The cashier then asks, in front of the whole place, if I'm a vegetarian that's no one's business and was so awkward with everyone staring at me. Next, while they're remaking my salad, the salad maker lets someone go infront of me, and gives them, for free, my wrong salad w/ chicken. If I had known that's what they do w/ wro...
I just got a salad here and the portion sizes have gone WAY down. The salads used to be huge and the containers would be filled to the very top, but now the salads are only BARELY 2/3s of the way full, maybe even less. For a $15 salad this is very disappointing. I've noticed this is the case at the Wildwood location too, so I suspect Chopt directed its employees to use less ingredients per salad to cut down on costs and increase profit.
Ordered online for curbside. ???????? Received text saying order was ready, pulled curbside and no one came out. I go inside to pick up area and wait 10-15 mins for my ready order. When it was finally ready, I returned to work only to discover the salad was prepared incorrectly. ???????? Should I return, I 'll just have to stand in the line that was just about out the door, if I want my order correct. ????????
Not the fastest location at lunch compared to downtown DC location or Bethesda. Maybe it’s staffing issues, but it seems like all but one salad maker was focused on online orders. The line didn’t move as staff seemed almost entirely concentrated on making sure online orders were attended to first.

Every time i go to this location the staff is rude. I told the worker what salad i wanted and she said chopt no longer has it but still has the ingredients. Instead of politely saying she can still make it as a custom order she gave an impatient attitude.
The line at lunch is always insane and the staff isn’t always the friendliest but the salads are always dependable. The inside is always clean and I can usually always find seating. They rarely make a mistake when they made your salad/bowl which is nice.
Seriously restaurant staff should always clear MOUTH MASK as a minimum???They keep talking and i don’t want to think about how their saliva could drop anywhere ??Please institute this standard across all your chains thanks!!!! ??????
My favorite chopt location. Was there on Friday and the girl with the red glasses is always so nice and in a great mood. I think she?s one of the managers there but I love coming here because she?s so nice.

The crispy chicken was OLD, Very Old. It was so old and dry that the dressing didn't help. It's bad enough I drove 15 minutes to pick this order. Really!!! Will Not Go Again!!
