Exceptional French desserts and coffee near Rockville Town Square. Literally can't go wrong with any dessert. Surprisingly, though, my favorite is the cinnamon roll. Even when it isn't fresh out of the oven, it is moist and full of flavor. Most cinnamon rolls I've tried are all bread. This one, however, doesn't skimp on the brown sugar and icing. Check out the pic! I can't wait until the pandemic is over; this will be my #1 remote work place. I like that the store front has a large glass window to the kitchen where you can observe the pastry chefs prepare your food and dessert. Friendly staff. Great rewards program. While the vegan options at this restaurant may not be extensive, the quality of what they do offer is exceptional. Though some reviews mentioned a lack of vegan baked goods, I found at least two options available, which is better than nothing. The parking situation was convenient and they validated parking. Additionally, I learned that custom cake orders can be made vegan upon request. This information was updated from a previous review dated November 21, 2022.
This place combines two of my favorites, lavender and French pastries. Always delicious treats here, and the vegan Malina Dessert is delicious! But you should have more lavender items. The only other proposal I have is that they change their paper coffee cups as the lids drop so easily. I saw people fight with them a few times!
I liked our first time dining here. The food was fresh and beautifully displayed (at least the Buddha bowl I got). However, the portions are smaller than expected for the price. There is not a lot of seating on a busy day. I hope they decide to have at least one vegan macaroon flavor one day!

We ordered to go. It was pretty good! We had the French toast, bacon, and egg sandwich. The bacon was $5 for 3 small pieces. Since we ordered to go the French toast didn’t come with the sauce. Overall it was pretty good. I’d recommend it.
I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant was no longer offering vegan desserts. I ordered the Thai Salad and Buddha Bowl, both of which were just okay and not particularly great.
I absolutely love the vegan pastries at this restaurant and I hope they expand their selection. I haven't had a chance to try their entrees yet, but I am looking forward to it soon.
