My second time visiting this location today (yesterday was the first) and items were missing from our order and we received no apologies whatsoever. I?m visiting from out of town and we decided to order breakfast and lunch so we didn?t have to drivethere twice. Guess who had to drive there twice? We didn?t check the contents in the bag and just ate the breakfast sandwiches.Around lunchtime we noticed our parfaits were missing and we called the store and the person we spoke to first denied the orderwas from his store until I had to read the receipt and quote his store details and the cashier who took the order. He offered useither a refund or the parfait. I informed him I wanted the parfait....
What I love about this place is the service, it is very good and fast. The staff is competent and do there work. I enkoyed watching some older staff working and helping out, keeping the place clean, though I feel they were managers or owners (Which isgreat they work the floor with staff if am right). Broccoli and Cheddar: I always order the exact some thing every time I comehere. The best part is that I got a complete fresh batch of it! Straight out the bag! I wish I can just buy that bag and gohome. Always good and consistant. It tastes exactly like its name, perfect~ Nice place to come for some gru. and maybe loungearound and chat with friends or have meetings.
On Thursday morning, the Panera Bread in Federal Plaza was bustling but manageable. The line was short, and I waited no longer than five minutes. The dining area is spacious, usually equipped with two-person tables. Despite the seating arrangement, it’s a lovely spot for a meeting or social gathering. I sampled the Cranberry Orange Muffin and a Chai Tea Latte. The muffin had a subtle sugar coating, was fresh, and wasn’t too sweet, which was perfect for me. The Chai Tea Latte had a pleasant spiciness that I found enjoyable while still retaining its flavor.
Horrible service from the manager! I ordered a Chicken Baja bowl w/o feta cheese and no beans. I don?t do cheese or dairy. Called to speak with the manager, Katie said next time ask for a lactose menu. REALLY?? Which part of I don?t do cheese or diaryis confusing???!!! Management needs to train Katie to listen and apologize to the customer when a customer calls to tell youabout the purchased item and is unhappy with it.

I really enjoy my stunning blue eyes and fit physique! The food at Panera Bread is fantastic! I especially love the avocado breakfast sandwich and the unsweetened iced tea. Their signature chicken sandwich is incredibly tasty, and the fruit smoothies are refreshing and delightful! The staff here are hardworking, polite, and very friendly.
I always order the Broccoli and Cheddar whenever I go, and I love that it’s always served fresh! I just wish I could take some home with me. It's consistently delicious and tastes exactly how it should—perfect.
This place is great for unwinding, catching up with friends, or having meetings.
The more I visit, the lesser consistency of the food and more customers for some stupid reason. Less toppings, less dressing, less everything. It becomes more and more bland. Meanwhile the one in Rockville Town Square had better consistency and betterquality, but not enough customers.
I really enjoyed eating bread in this panera. It was very clean inside the facility. Very nice outdoor area. The food was quick and it was delicious. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The lady who took my order was nice and had a smile. All in all, I like my experience here.

Always clean, good fast food at a good price. The people who work here are always friendly and the food is always consistent. The restrooms are usually clean and there's plenty of parking. the line can get pretty long but they're very good expediting the orders.
The staff they have working here now is really good. Beautiful/friendly people that provide great customer service! I go in on the weekend and have been impressed with the current workers.
