Unfortunately, I did not have my credit card with me, but I offered to pay with exact change, which they refused. This experience felt unfair, especially since a nearby Subway was happy to accept my cash. Given this policy, I'm unsure if I will return to your restaurant. Furthermore, I plan to check with the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs to see if this practice is legal. Our experience was very disappointing. It was our first visit, and we informed the staff of that. We patiently waited on the side to review the menu without interrupting other customers, but none of the staff took the time to explain the options or recommend the best dishes for both adults and kids. When we placed our order, the manager was unfriendly, and the food quality was terrible. The kid's salad had hardly any chicken, and the chicken in the adult salad was unappetizing. I have ordered from this location several times, and recently it's become a bit unpredictable in terms of food quality. More often than not, my orders are incomplete, with missing ingredients or items. Additionally, the staff has generally been rude, with only a few exceptions. Management really needs to address these concerns, as we, the customers, are paying too much for below-average salads and unsatisfactory customer service.
The salad was quite good! While it wasn't anything groundbreaking, it's a solid spot for healthy and somewhat healthy quick meals. The Palm Beach salad with ranch dressing was fantastic; I added some extra toppings, and it was really enjoyable. The staff was friendly and quick, which made the experience even better.

We ordered a Jr warm bowl and the portion is extremely small. The avocado is too ripe and turns black. It is worse than any kid meals everywhere. Poor food quality and the see you so so. They don’t care about any complaints ?
