Great place for breakfast, lunch or just coffee and cake It is in the centre of Newton Le Willows and has a varied menu for breakfast/ brunch then offers an array of sandwiches/ toasties etc for lunch But the cakes just aren’t to be missed homemade and decent sizes it’s worth coming just for cake and a brew! Tables outside for those that want them or takeaway (due to current covid restrictions) with friendly staff on site Well worth a visit
I love this place. Lex, Sue and staff are so warm and welcoming and that’s before you have tried the delicious treats. I am rather partial to lemon drizzle cake and have yet to find one that compares so deliciously to here. Through lockdown the Ladies kept me going with cake away and coffee. Their afternoon teas are delectable and value for money. If you are ever in the area you must stop and pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.
Not been for awhile as been away, food still just as amazing, welcoming , clean and very well spaced out. Only took one photo sausage and cheese on toast , highly recommend. Coffee is very good and the cakes bought a cake to take home couldn’t resist. Highly recommend and visit even if to go and have as take away
Arrived, wanting to have a drink a bite to eat. Stood for a while, staff constantly passing us by, looking, but not coming over to us. Tried to attract attention, but ignored. They were not busy at all. A pity, because I had heard this place was lovely to eat at the reviews here seem very good.......... Book a table now
We went in for coffee but the cakes looked so delicious that we couldn't resist and they turned out to be amazing! The staff were lovely and friendly too. I just wish I lived nearer to this place!
The staff at this restaurant are not very friendly and don't seem excited to greet you. The food is decent, but the selection mostly consists of cakes with limited other choices available.
This cafe offers a nice variety of cakes, teas, and coffees. The indoor seating is limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, but there are some tables available outside.
