I’ve noticed that the location on 12 south is the better location as they are much friendly than the location in north Nashville. Today, I walked into Christie cookies and it was so awkward. It was awkward because the customer service rep “Sydney” did not greet me when I walked in the door. She was staring at me as I determined which cookie I wanted to purchase. I had to speak to her and it was still a nasty fake look she gave off. This location use to be great! I’m not sure what happened. Customer Service is more than just giving customers what they want/need. This is unacceptable. Sydney did not want to be there or work for this company, which is the energy she gave off.
I have ordered their cookies for YEARS as both corporate and personal gifts. Have spent thousands with this company and have recommended them to companies and friends. Went to order 30 tins this week for gifts and experienced horrible customer service. The woman who we spoke with was so rude that we simply ended the call and took the business elsewhere. While I understand the holidays can be stressful time for everyone, this was uncalled for. They have lost a long time loyal customer.
A little pricey. But good Cookies. DONT DO A TIN. Tins are insane in price. But a half dozen is like $13. Good flavor cookies. Rocky road is definitely the best in my opinion. Staff is friendly, and helpful. I asked a question about the area. Looking for little shops. They had no idea and said they both didn't know the area. They have doggy treats for the puppers. Definitely a nice feature for the place. Wish there was some more seating. Only have 2 chairs.
It seems like a decent place but the hours on their website and their door don't match them being open. People were inside but it was closed with a sign that they open late. Shame. Brownies are 5 bucks and cookies 2.50. rather pricy looking it up online.

Stole money from me- never gave products, won’t answer customer support emails. Scammers!!!! Do not purchase from then you will never get your products but they WILL take your money. Filing a BBB complaint and dispute with my bank.
Although the cookie tastes good, I could go without the trash inside it. See photos, purchased at Mariano’s in Lakeview Illinois. Only time trying Christie cookies.
I've now come to this location twice and they've been closed during store hours listed on Google. Please update your website gas isn't cheap.
Stopped in today with my bestie and OH MY GOSH. Best cookies I’ve ever had. They are so soft and AMAZING. We will be going back
