Andrea the person taking our order was rude. She was rushing us and she would ask us a question we would answer her but I don't know if she can't hear us but we would have to repeat our selves constantly it felt that at the end she made the choices for ourorder. For example they have 60 Minutes cards so the kids can play she asked us if we wanted 2 cards with 30 minute we told herwe want just one card with 60 minutes but she ended up giving us two cards with 30 minutes each we also asked for an extra cupeven if we payed for it and we didn't get it. The food was ok the cheese sticks tasted plain the unicorn churos did not tastelike churo it tasted like colorful sugar so we left them all there...
This Chuck E Cheese is my childhood location. I have a lot of lovely memories from this location. Today I visited them place and I was somewhat dissatisfied. The games were just as fun and the food was okay, I guess. The staff were absolutely rude,especially the cranky woman at the register when I was ordering pizza. I did not like the staff, but I did have fun with thegames. Children will love the place, but they will never experience the excitement of using tokens in the arcade machines. Irecommend the place for families with children under ten.
I have edited the review, it is not fair to judge based only on a few bad things. The pizza yes it took too long to come out almost 1 hour but the taste was realy good, the stabliment is clean and does not have a funcky smell, the only problem I have is the beer, is a place for kids to have fun and should be a safe enviroment for them, if beer is going to be sold there should be a limit to how much a table can buy because people get drunk.
My friend and I came to this restaurant to play video games. The pizza was good, but the staff refused to help us cheat or turn up the volume to scan our points for future visits. The restroom was dirty and my son used to come here, but now I understand why. It seems like only adults are welcome here, as there is nothing for kids to do. I don't want to come back to play here because we were treated poorly. Book a table now
my daughter there for her 8th day she was super excited she closed at 9 o'clock we wanted to change her card with points for her toys or dinge that she wanted to choose, and she didn't let her bummer she started crying she said she closed already and we had to come the next day she never told us that at the beginning so we stop playing at least 10 minutes before closing time
Ana and Andrea had such a professional and delightful attitude that I will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant for their delicious food and amazing cheese.
The best one I've been to, they have so many games for children of all ages it's so much fun and for a kids place the pizza is yummy definitely recommended ????
