This is the second time I have gone to this Churchs Chicken, and was disgusted by their service. The first time was back in April, I pulled up to the drive thru and started to order. The drive thru operator told me they were out of chicken at 5:45pm on a Wednesday!! Today, Tuesday I tried again and was told they had plenty of chicken. So I asked for a 10 piece with 5 hot, and 5 regular, all thighs. I was told that I could not order all thighs and was told that was not allowed!! WTF??? Church's Chicken at 201 W. Griffin Parkway in Mission, TX THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
While eating at this restaurant, I could taste perfume in my mouth. Even the ketchup packets had a strong perfume scent when I opened them for the fries. I decided to order the 4 for $20.99 deal, but unfortunately, the person serving me touched the chicken without wearing gloves or washing their hands. Additionally, some patrons seemed to use perfume to cover up their lack of hygiene. I lost my appetite and ended up giving my food to my cats. It would be great if they offered vegetarian options, such as plant-based chicken.
Update: talked with regional manager. We talked about the problem. Tried out this past Sunday and again yesterday. Big improvement. They made it right. Chicken had no flavor...tried complaining and was told that I could get my order free nextvisit. Why do I want another order of flavorless chicken? Tried complaining to customer service number...no response...a monthlater called again, notes says I was refunded money...BS...requested a response from regional manager...2 weeks later still noresponse.

Ordered the Texas Grande meal and a side of okra when I got to the window I asked Jaqueline E if she had put the okra in the bag she confirmed she did and when I got home guess what. Yep no okra ruined my dinner. Very disappointed and don't try to callseems like the phone is always busy
High school student acted ignorant of their deals 9/7/22 8:45 pm. Overcharged me and then yelled at me to order correctly, which I did then slammed the drive thru window in my face. Why are these people still in business? Never going back!!!!
I got an outstanding experience. I not only received the best customer service but I got very tasty and fresh chicken strips. Shout out to the young lady who attended to me in the drive thru window, I didn't get her name, darn it!!
Just stopped by your location on Griffin Pkwy in Mission, Tx. Employees have been working for 3 days with no A/C. Feel like temperature is 107 right now. Way to treat your employees

Only reason I give it a 4 is because green beans is also in the menu and every time I go they never have any.. i love the green beans from churches but this location is always out.
No table or chair was clean. It was very smoky inside, as if they were burning the food.
