The best Italian food in michigan hands down. A bit pricey for your average meal so we tend to reserve it for anniversaries and birthdays and other special occasions. Top notch service and lovely ambiance and atmosphere. They have sound baffling in the rafters of the building to prevent it from being so loud even when the restaurant is full of patrons. . I'm pretty sure the pasta is handmade and not dried before cooking. It has this lovely soft quality to it. So even if they don't hand make the pasta in house they get it handmade. My husband had the gnnochi and it was pillowy soft and lovely. As always the apetizer bread is delicious. Like a mini Italian bread loaf.
Fantastic restaurant! Excellent service from the time we walked in till the time we walked out. We had the bruschetta as an appetizer, and it was a great choice. I had the Chicken Diablo, and it was exceptional! Whatever the sauce was, it was fantastic. The perfect amount of spice to complement the dish. I'd definitely recommend this dish to anyone. The mixed salad was good as well as the bread. I used the bread to dip in the leftover sauce from my Chicken Diablo because it was that good. Definitely recommend Ciao Amici's!
The food was really good. My friend and I split a meal and they charged $4.00 to split the plate! Are you kidding me! We bought a $38.00 bottle of wine and they are charging us to split our dinner! I could care less about the $4.00, but it is the principal. We will NOT go back because of that! How rediculous!!
