First we waited until the hostess was done chatting on the phone with a personal call until she acknowledged us to seat us in the middle of a cramped and broken folded table. We had a minor with us (12 years) and the poor girl had to sit at the broken end where the table was supposed to clip, so one of the adults ended up switching seats. This had to be one of the worst dining experiences I have had in recent memory. The atmosphere was fine but as I stood at the bar it started to remind me of my days of going to clubs on Long Island. We waited for over 2 hours for our table and when I asked why we were waiting so long the Host said that they had called our name over an hour ago. There was no way you could hear them calling names and no one had the courtesy to come over to the bar to see if we were there. They were rude and on top of that the food was awful and overpriced. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere as well as pricing specials! The place is designed perfectly and beautifully! Eating atmosphere with perfect decor and designed throughout the restaurant with great views etc! Great parking! All restaurant bars should be designed similarly! Very nice place, employees, people, and experience! Check it out for your event, engagement, party of any kind, dinner, a drink, entertainment (great music bands and services times vary)! Anyone writing a bad review are probably crazy, jealous competitors etc.. Go and see for yourself!

The service was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly! We visited on Tuesday at noon and were the only customers there, which meant we received prompt attention. The food is a bit pricey, but the portions are generous! We ended up bringing a lot of leftovers home. While fast food can be more affordable, the quality of both the food and service here is excellent. If you’re not on a tight budget, this is a wonderful spot to enjoy a cozy lunch with friends. Highly recommended!
The service was excellent, and our food arrived promptly. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. For appetizers, we ordered calamari, a large rice ball, and eggplants. Our entrees included rock steak, seafood di mare oreganatta, chicken Olivia, chicken Palermo, and rigatoni alla vodka, all shared among the family. We also enjoyed three bottles of Villa Antinori Toscana (2014 and two from 2015). Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Party of ten.......All was great until we told the waiter the appetizers were cold. Instant attitude...Our friendly waiter turned into psycho. I am in this business and was I shocked. Service was so bad. Because we were a party of 10, 18% gratuity was added. Boy was he lucky. Normally I leave between 25 and 30%, but this experience was no more than 5%. The food was very good, but so much. I will never go back.
For everyone’s information, this place is the best! Service is long because they don’t rush you, they want you to relax and enjoy yourself. For everyone who b**ched and complained about taking to long, you should go to a fast food place! If you’re not a true Italian then you probably won’t like the singing! GET OVER IT!

My go to for party food. They are old world Italian with modern twists. Being able to order either single servings or , for the table is the bomb. Huge portions. The place is always bustling and a bit loud especially near the bar. If you have a special occasion take the family you wont be disappointed
The food was absolutely delicious! I didn't have a single bad experience or meal. I even had a nice conversation with the couple sitting next to me.
