We went Thursday night for dinner with three evacuees from Williams Lake to celebrate the evacuation order being reduced to an alert. They brought out two dinners of Ravioli, we had to wait quite a few minutes for the other meals to come meanwhile the ravioli is getting cold waiting for the cheese and pepper which was another waiting period. The two who had ravioli said it was ok but the sour dough bread was burned and had to be replaced. One person just had bruschetta which was fine. I had the angel hair pasta with shrimp I could not eat it all as it was very very salty. The fifth person had the chorizo penne the sausage was really burned which flavoured the tomato sauce the whole dish tast...
We go to Cimos every few months and I've always enjoyed it. Since going Vegan our choices have become a bit more limited of course. There are, however, a few vegan items on the menu. There's a Chickpea Ragu as well as Penne Arrabiatta. They're both REALLY spicy and they kind of taste the same. I tried another pasta with tomatoes sauce and it was also VERY spicy and tasted an awfull lot lIke the ragu and the oenne! . I like some heat but this was too much to be enjoyable . There is a really yummy artichoke wrap that is delicious but it's only on the lunch menu unfortunately. I haven't tried the Aglio a Olio yet though! Hopefully that will be as delicious as the pastas that I used to love....b...
We went here as it was a short walk from our hotel. For a Friday night, it was fairly easy to get a table for 6:30 even though we called around 6. My husband had the pasta special and I had the ravioli, and both were delicious! Lovely fresh hand made pasta and very tasty. With a half litre of house wine the price was quite reasonable too, and the service was very friendly and reasonably efficient. Food was hot and our server came by right away with fresh pepper and a huge bowl of extra parmesan.
This place was recommended by numerous sources so we thought we would try it. We were pleasantly surprised. The menu leans towards Italian. There was a special on red BC wine that was very tasty. The tomato salad was very good. I had a tomato noodle dish that was very good. I had a half order which was more than enough for me. My Table mate had a scallop noodle dish that she quite enjoyed. The desserts were also very good. It is a small restaurant that is simply furnished.

Outstanding meal. Had the Ravioli pasta starter (it's a half size at $9.50 and presented with 3 raviolis in tomato sauce with fresh Parmesan) and a starter size of Sicilian salad. Wonderful flavour and service was not rushed though I was dining alone. Also had a mojito. It was the right amount of lime and mint. Hope to come back as I'm in town for work purposes. Highly recommend this place. All servers had genuine smiles. Outdoor patio seating is nice.
A pretty decent restaurant with good food and accompanying service. We could not get a table for a while and we were seated at the bar. A bit confusing and we were lost in the shuffle until our server could find us a table. We moved outside and it started to rain. No one came to ask if we needed one of the big Broyles stashed in the corner. However the food was excellent and serving staff were great. Would go back with no hesitation.
I had chicken kebab and my husband had pasta. Both were very good. The atmosphere was great and the server was so nice. The coffee was strong, just the way we like it.
The food was excellent as well as the service. A reservation is recommended. It get's quite busy. Not a lot of parking on the premises of the restaurant.

Vi had the pleasure to dine at this restaurant, which serves very good and well prepared food. Only negative was the acoustics.
We loved this restaurant while visiting Prince George! Such good food. I definitely recommend the ravioli!
