I would give this restaurant a four-star rating due to their outstanding customer service! I've had two experiences there: one dining in and the other using the online drive-thru. The food was fresh and hot, although I must admit it wasn't quite as good as I remembered from my college days, when they often forgot to bake the bread (those memories are tough to beat!). The restaurant is consistently clean and well-stocked with chips and Cinnabons. If you're in search of something quick and delicious, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

NOT A Cinnabon!!! They do not accept Cinnabon coupons, and all the Cinnabon products appeared stale and had clearly been sitting out for a while. When we asked about takeout, the cashier just walked away after our inquiry. Both the cashier and the manager were unresponsive, even while another customer was loudly shouting obscenities at someone in our group. We left feeling quite disappointed.

This is a reliable sandwich chain, but I wouldn't say that their menu or the quality and taste of the food are better than what you find at Panera Bread. The sandwiches are nearly $10 each, but they're a good option if you're in a hurry. I recommend trying the Chicken Fiesta sandwich and the chicken avocado flatbread.
The sign indicates that it opens at 10, but I’m not certain if that’s accurate. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, and it’s still not open. Just to be clear, this is a Schlotzsky's, not a Cinnabon, so don't expect any fresh cinnamon rolls here.
It's clear that these Cinnabons aren't fresh. I'm really regretting my purchase and probably won't end up eating it. The cashier took it from underneath the counter instead of from the display, which makes me think it's timeworn.
I arrived at 7:33 PM on a Sunday, only to be told, "Sorry, we are closed." What's happening here? The main entrance clearly states that the hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM.

Our family is huge fans of Cinnabon, but unfortunately, the closest store is ten miles away. We really hope a location will open up closer to the Plano-Frisco area!
Every time I visit this location, I notice that the Cinnabons are either stale or completely sold out. I really hope you can work on improving your consistency!
