Saturday night. Nothing open except one expensive restaurant and one ordinary fish and chips. The strangely named Club Palm Beach serves broiled beef, gravy, soggy Yorkshire pudding and leathery baked potatoes. No wonder the place is empty. Do not travel past Avalon. Avoid the disappointment Club Palm Beach where even a bowl of tasteless wedges costs ten bucks!!
I enjoyed my meal at Club Palm Beach and would definitely visit again.I enjoyed my meal (ordered a burger and sandwich) both come with chips, was very tasty. We decided to have a last-minute Mother's Day lunch at Club Palm Beach with my mother and elderly grandmother. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The service was exceptional, particularly from the delightful Kristine, who made our first visit a wonderful experience.
What a superb club tucked away at Club Palm Beach such friendly staff, very helpful. We had lunch their today the food was awesome especially the seafood,, marinated calamari chargrilled with herb papaya orange and tangerine dressing was amazing from the bistro. I have visited this restaurant several times and have always received friendly service. The location is excellent and the outdoor seating area is spacious. The food can be a bit inconsistent, but overall it is good value for money.
Lovely food, well, nicely cooked. I was disappointed that the seafood platter contained so many factory frozen crumbed products. Looking out the window at the Pacific from the window, I felt this was a bit if a practical oxymoron.
The food was fantastic and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend trying the prawn spaghetti, the Prosciutto-wrapped chicken, or the roast of the day with chips, veggies, and gravy. Book a table now
Came here over the Christmas season and there is a nice beer garden and a variety of food for every type. A bit better than your usual RSL.
