Cluck u south orange is the only cluck u I've ever been to. I like my wings saucy but crispy. To achieve this you have to eat them right away once they are sauced so I usually order plain wings, well done, with sauce on the side. I put my own saucebecause restaurants (in general) love soaking the wings in so much sauce it ruins the crispiness of the wings by the time youget them home or delivered to you. Their buffalo sauce is very good too. It's the only one I get. Honey bbq is good too. Andhonestly, they season their wings good enough so without sauce they are great when I just want some good simple fried chickenwings.

The customer service is very terrible. The owner is rude and very disrespectful. I ordered via Uber eats and I waited 1:30hrs only to be told that the owner is the one who dropped off my delivery. On the app it still said the driver was headed to me. Theguy left my food on the side of the security post!!!! How for crying out loud. I had to drive there to try and resolve it but heyelled and dismissed me. Never to order from there again.

The Crispy Mini Bites Value Pack was mediocre. They forgot to include my soda, and the fries were cold and dry. Additionally, they only offer one sauce option, which is honey mustard, not everyone enjoys that. Overall, the food was decent, but the missing items and dry food were disappointing. I expected better for the price.
The worst experience ever!! The macaroni/cheese was awful. Taste like nasty bitter cheese. The wingers traditional Buffalo I can't decide what taste they going with. Don't waste your money. I feel sorry for the college students wasted money. The personthat took my orderbwas rude as hell.
eating is terrible, and the place is dirty! I was sick of the food and was unhappy! and their prices are high for very little food! I was so sick of the food, I will never go there again or recommend this place for everyone! eating is not good!
This Cluck U does not live up to the reputation of their franchise. The wings were extremely dry and my order (wings and fries) took over an hour to prepare. Next time I’ll drive to the Cluck U in Morristown.

I haven't had cluck u in years and decided to treat myself through Uber eats and I was so disappointed. The chicken was poor quality and the skin so chewy I had to spit it out. It was a total waste of money.
Two stars because they followed instruction. Other than that the food was terrible
