The quality of food does not justify the price. They put too much pepper in all dishes we had, including noodle soup and deep-fried. I had better noodle soup in a food court of a shopping centre. Their price was higher than similar restaurants elsewhere, may have premium as they are waterfront?? Also, there is surcharge, if you pay by credit card, even for MasterCard and Visa. Having said this, the service was ok - no issues with ordering, and food came out on time.
I visited this restaurant for dinner on Mother's Day and was extremely impressed with the exceptional service and food. The portion sizes were very generous, providing great value for money. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

CocoNine has a very interesting menu with some innovative approaches to food. Good service. Cosy but not unpleasant. If looking for something a bit different a place to try.
