I love this location. It does get super busy on weekends but it’s to be expected since right at the foot of Belleair beach bridge. I try to avoid the peak times, and it is usually no more than 10 minutes in and out. During peak times, expect to wait an hour. The employees are usually very friendly, and they do a great job. This location does seem to have mostly high schoolers working. I’ve been at this location probably 100 times and never had a real issue. Updated: I received a phone call from a very apologetic manager/corporate. Who stated the employee no longer works at this company. Was also offered store credit to fix the original issue. Will update again after the store visit—Very rude customer service at this location. Placed a mobile order for delivery. The order was wrong— I contacted the store and was told the order was not incorrect and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and she hung up on me multiple times following that. Wouldn’t answer the phone any longer— refused to give her name or any of the “six “ other coworkers names that she claimed were working there at 2pm on Tuesday ?
Vanna, I hope you are able to see this. You are a pleasant person and provided awesome customer service! Thank you from us and all of our kids. We wish you the absolute best in your endeavors. Management, you have a winner here and I hope you realize it. She did her job well and with kindness. This is a nice, clean, and comfortable creamery. We will visit here when we are in town because of the cleanliness, quality variety of flavors (kids loved the season Boo Batter), and because of Vanna who is a rockstar at her job!
Ran by teenagers who don’t seem to want to work. Instead of doing their job, they want to flirt with the young boys from school. 25 minutes past the pick up time for the online order we received our ice cream. They also just leave the cash drawl open. I’d recommend going anywhere else unless you want to burn an hour of your time for over priced frozen milk.

Grew up having Cold Stone in California and was super excited to try this one out. The people working there were friendly, everything looked clean and best of all the ice cream was just as good as I remember
I ordered a cake for my best friends bachelorette and it was so last minute but they did such an AMAZING job. I could not ask for a better cake. Thank you so much to the staff for doing this!!
Everytime I order through Uber eats I never get the 4 pack ice cream cookie sandwiches and it's pretty annoying!!!
