As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by delightful seasonal ice cream scents that are absolutely amazing—I highly recommend giving them a try! They offer free samples of any flavor, which is a great way to explore the menu. I've had my share of ice cream experiences, and Cold Stone ranks among the best. While the largest size costs around $7.50, you definitely get your money's worth here. The staff is friendly, the ice cream is delicious, and there’s a lovely spot to enjoy your treat in the sun. What more could anyone ask for?
I bought a birthday cake for my son, and he absolutely loved it! It's a fantastic idea to have the cake and ice cream made together. I really enjoyed being able to personalize it with my own decorations and ingredients. I don't know why I hadn't thought of this sooner, but I will definitely keep getting these cakes for my special occasions; they were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and really helpful in assisting me with the cake design. I'll definitely be back, and I haven't forgotten that I need to try some of those delicious smoothies on the menu!
I ordered through Postmates and never got my food. Postmates wouldn't refund even though I never received my order. The store manager/owner stepped up and put a replacement order on the books as a one time courtesy when she didn't have to. She also told us about being able to order from the cold stone app directly. Izzie did a great job in helping us. Thank you so much for all your help!!!! Your location has made us a customer for life!
I just ordered pick-up and was disappointed to find that instead of chopping up the items, they just tossed in whole chocolate ice cream and two Reese's cups without any preparation. I recommend saving your money and looking for a different place.

Pauline is great. It moves very fast, has great customer service works well under pressure while it has a line of customers. 10/10 for how pleasant it is.
