I visited this restaurant with my family for 5 ice cream cones and a shake, but we only received 4 cones and the shake due to the pressure to complete our order too quickly. The cashier kept insisting she could help us if we were finished, even though we repeatedly stated that we weren't done. Feeling rushed, we decided to just pay for what we had received. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Despite having many staff members, they appeared disorganized and lacked effective communication.
The ice cream here is okay, but the prices are definitely too high. For $23, you only get two kids' cones and one small adult cone, which seems excessive. The add-ins are also overpriced at 89 cents each for just a tiny amount—like a spoonful of sprinkles, a few gummy bears, a couple of Oreos, or a small handful of chocolate chips. It’s quite ridiculous. On top of that, even the cones themselves are pricey. The photo shows a kids' portion that costs nearly $8—are you kidding me???

The mix-ins are outrageous, charging 89 cents for just a tiny sprinkle of sprinkles, a few gummy bears, two or three Oreos, and a handful of chocolate chips. It's honestly a joke. The cones themselves are overpriced too—are we really paying nearly eight dollars for a kids' cone?
I've usually had excellent experiences at this restaurant, and the staff has always been fantastic. I plan to keep coming back, but I was really disappointed this time when I encountered a brand-new, untrained employee who was the only one on duty. Unfortunately, I left without getting what I wanted. I think this issue is a management concern, especially regarding proper training and scheduling of staff.

I really adore this restaurant! Every item on the menu is tasty, no matter what you order. The only drawback is the banana split; it could use a bit of enhancement, but honestly, it's still ice cream, and I love ice cream! If you're in the vicinity, you should definitely check it out - it's fantastic, and you can top your desserts with as many toppings as you like!
I absolutely love the birthday cake remix ice cream, but I was disappointed to find that it didn't have any brownie in it. Instead, it seemed to have been replaced with chocolate chips, and there were also no sprinkles.
I absolutely adore this spot that I pass by often. Everything on the menu is delicious. The banana split could be improved, as it's a bit underwhelming, but honestly, it’s still ice cream, and I can't resist that!
We only received part of our order at the restaurant. We got the ice cream, but the waffle bowls were missing. We paid for them, and they are listed on the receipt, but they weren't included in the bag.
