I recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to try some ice cream. When I asked if it could be made hard, a young woman said it should be. I explained that I prefer my ice cream to be hard and not soft, but she seemed uninterested in my request. Thankfully, a young man named Matt overheard our conversation and intervened. The ice cream I had at that restaurant was absolutely amazing. I ordered the "Classic Cookie Dough" with "Chocolate Shavings" at 8:30 today and it was the best ice cream I have ever tasted. The person who served me, I can't recall his name but he was very friendly and attentive. I think his name started with an "M" and I believe he was a teenager, around 16 or 17 years old. Overall, the service was excellent.

Went to get some ice cream for my kids, Two little kids (staff) laughed at my accent in front of the other customers.called the manager who was worse than them. Told her about the incident and she said so what, told her I’m going to call the Gold Stone Creamery headquarter to report that. Said who cares. Old man who has insulted by two little kids. I will not go there or any other branch until I die.
I give the ice cream/creations a 5 because the ice cream is smooth and creamy, the ingredients are fresh and they never run out. The atmosphere gets a 3 because the tables aren't always clean. But I think the staff may not be able to get to the tables regularly b/c there are so many customers and orders coming in and they focus on serving the customers, first.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The atmosphere is always fantastic when I visit. A special shoutout to Mo, she's amazing. She took great care of my friends and me during our visit. And don't even get me started on the delicious ice cream. I can't wait to go back soon!
One of the girls fixed my ice cream did not wear gloves or apron. Her fingers was all on my ice cream and she was wiping her hand on her shirt. That was so nasty and unsanitary. I'm not sure if I will ever eat at this location again.

The staff at this Cold Stone location is extremely friendly! I am willing to drive 30 minutes just to come here because the customer service is fantastic.
